This large, flat roast is one of our favorites. Very slow cooking brings out the extraordinary texture and flavor of brisket. You can cook it all day on low in the oven and come home to a wonderful, moist dinner roast. Make delicious sandwiches from the leftovers the next day.

Best beef you can get

I have been buying meat from Frank for a few years now and haven't gone to the grocery store to buy beef since! I highly recommend 5 Bar Beef for the amazing quality, The cows live a great life and don't get pumped full of antibiotic's and hormones! Thanks Frank

Nothing tastes quite as good regeneratively harvested meat. The organ meat sausages are especially good (and a wonderful source of nutrients too)!

BEST BRISKET EVER

This was my first order with 5BarBeef. I wish I had ordered sooner. I only live about 12 miles away!! I have ordered beef, and brisket in particular, from other online sources and they were good. BUT!!! This brisket was, by far, the BEST brisket I've ever had, smoked, BBQ'd or otherwise. I oven-braised this baby for about 6 hours. It was absolutely tender, juicy and flavorful. I did need to trim the roast a bit, but it was time well-spent. I will order again!! One thing - please offer larger cuts. The 3.75 pounds that I ordered only lasted 2 people through two meals. We couldn't stop stuffing our faces! I hope we have honored this cow who gave up her life for our nourishment and enjoyment.
